This exceptional offering allows you to experience the best of both venues in one remarkable journey. Our talented chefs have crafted a bespoke two-course menu that combines flavours from across Asia and local produce from Yorkshire to create a memorable dining experience, paired with an arrival drink that is served on the upper level of EightyEight overlooking the Japanese garden.

Following your dining experience, retire to the Three Graces Spa, where you can fully immerse yourself in the spa's award-winning facilities, including the Nordic Spa Garden, available for your enjoyment until 21:30.
Dine & Unwind is available throughout the week, ensuring that you can indulge in this extraordinary experience at your convenience. It is the perfect way to treat yourself, enjoy a special occasion, or create lasting memories with friends and loved ones. What’s included:
- Two-course dinner in Bar & Restaurant EightyEight bookable at 18:00 or 18:15
- An arrival drink in Bar & Restaurant EightyEight
- Three Graces Spa Access until 21:30
- Use of the Three Graces Spa facilities including; steam room, sauna, 18-metre indoor pool, indoor-to-outdoor hydrotherapy pool and Nordic Spa Garden.

Guests must inform our team at the time of booking about any dietary requirements, serious allergens or intolerances. Due to the nature of Bar & Restaurant EightyEight’s menu, there are certain allergens we are unfortunately unable to cater for. These include: soy, sulphite and sesame allergies. We are able to cater for rice and peanut allergies, however as our dishes are prepared in a kitchen where cross contamination can occur, we cannot guarantee an allergen free zone.
Full payment will be taken at the time of your Dine & Unwind reservation. We request that cancellations or amendments are made no less than 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours will result in full loss of payment. For no shows or late cancellations a charge of £20 per person will be applied to the credit card on file.
Children over the age of 16 years old are welcome to experience the 'Dine & Unwind' package with their parents.
