Full payment will be taken at the time of your spa reservation. We request that cancellations or amendments are made no less than 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours will result in full loss of payment. Should you experience any symptoms of Covid 19 ahead of your arrival at the spa, you will be advised to reschedule your visit. We would ask for evidence of a positive test if cancelling within 72 hours.
